The flat coffee grit sorter classifies coffee in up to 7 different sizes. The classifiers are simple operation machines, need adjustments, operate with high capacity and require little electrical power.
The classifiers have interchangeable sieves that allow separation of the product in the most varied sizes. They are supplied in three different sizes, with sorting boxes of 2,00m x 1,00m; 4.00m x 1.00m; and two overlapping boxes of 4.00m x 1.00m each. Production capacities can be doubled or tripled if the number of separations required is 2 and 3 respectively.
The grain size separation of coffee and other grains is necessary for the production of quality batches.
